Rebecca L. Holt attended the University of California at San Diego where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1976. Thereafter she attended the Loyola University School of Law at Los Angeles and obtained her Juris Doctorate in 1979. Ms. Holt is admitted to practice law as an attorney before the Federal Courts in the 9th Circuit and the State Courts in California. After gaining experience with several firms Ms. Holt began practicing in the area of immigration law.
She now concentrates her practice in the area of Immigration and Naturalization with a focus on business and family cases and has been practicing in the field for more than 25 years. She assists both individuals and companies in navigating the complex areas issues involved in inbound and outbound transfers, travels, visas, residency and corporate compliance. Ms. Holt has been an invited participant and lecturer at various American Immigration Lawyers Association conferences and meetings during the last 20 years. She has also assisted in authoring articles in the field and has been awarded the Martindale Hubble Legal Rating of AV. This prestigious award represents a measure for outstanding legal abilities as judged and acknowledged by peers in the field as well as signifies a commitment to a superior level of professional conduct. Ms. Holt is also listed as one of the preeminent lawyers in the United States according to this rating.
