Mikel A. Alpert has been an attorney for more than 25 years and an Associate with the firm since 1997. Ms. Alpert specializes in business immigration including both non-immigrant and immigrant cases. She has extensive experience working with global corporations and individuals from a variety of countries in the technical, scientific and professional arenas, having a background in science and mathematics. Ms. Alpert also has substantial court experience, having been a civil trial lawyer for over 18 years. Ms. Alpert received her Bachelors of Science degree in Zoology (Biochemistry minor) from UCLA in 1975 and her Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 1980. Ms. Alpert is licensed to practice before the California State Courts, the U.S. District Court and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeal. |
