Martha Holt James attended law school in San Francisco and received her Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1993. Initially practicing litigation, she shifted her focus to immigration in 1998. She is licensed in California and Texas and is a frequent speaker and author on issues companies face when trying to comply with the ever-changing federal regulations relating to employment compliance and immigration issues.
She is actively involved in strategic planning and policy setting by her corporate clients. The two offices located in Los Angeles and Dallas represent large and small companies including manufacturing, technology, and general business firms. The office also represents individuals who are undergoing the immigration process through work and family.

In September 2010, Rebecca, founder of The Holt Law Group, was appointed as a Immigration Judge, sitting in Memphis Tennessee.

Eunice Mwai - Paralegal
Eunice Mwai has been working as an immigration paralegal since 2000, helping foreign nationals through the immigration process. She has vast experience in both employment-based and family-based immigration. Ms. Mwai
pursued her Bachelor of Science degree from University of North Texas and her Associate degree in Paralegal Studies from El-Centro College. As an immigrant, Eunice has a passion for immigration law that began from her personal experience. She enjoys every moment of her job and takes great pride in helping hard-working foreign nationals and their families achieve their desire to be a part of this culturally diverse United States. |

Monica Zamora - Administrative Support
Ms. Zamora is fluent in Spanish and provides administrative support to our South and Central American clientele. She is responsible for taking their calls and dealing with case details, as well as The Holt Law Group office administrative functions and supporting Ms. James. |
