our clients in achieving their immigration objectives through appropriately
developed strategies.

| Rebecca
L. Holt attended the University of California at San
Diego where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1976.
Thereafter she attended the Loyola University School of Law at Los
Angeles and obtained her Juris Doctorate in 1979. Ms. Holt
is admitted to practice law as an attorney before the Federal
Courts in the 9th Circuit and the State Courts in California.
After gaining experience with several firms Ms. Holt began
practicing in the area of immigration law. |

She
now concentrates her practice in the area of Immigration and
Naturalization with a focus on business and family cases and has
been practicing in the field for more than 25 years. She
assists both individuals and companies in navigating the complex
areas issues involved in inbound and outbound transfers, travels,
visas, residency and corporate compliance. Ms.
Holt has been an invited participant and lecturer at various
American Immigration Lawyers Association conferences and meetings
during the last 20 years. She has also assisted in
authoring articles in the field and has been awarded the
Martindale Hubble Legal Rating of AV. This prestigious
award represents a measure for outstanding legal abilities as
judged and acknowledged by peers in the field as well as signifies
a commitment to a superior level of professional conduct.
Ms. Holt is also listed as one of the preeminent lawyers in the
United States according to this rating.
Ms.
Holt is actively involved in strategic planning and policy setting
by her corporate clients. The office represents large
and small companies including manufacturing, technology and
general business firms. The office also represents
individuals who are undergoing the immigration process through
work and family.

Mikel
A. Alpert has been an attorney for more than 25 years
and an Associate with the firm since 1997. Ms. Alpert specializes
in business immigration including both non-immigrant and immigrant
cases. She has extensive experience working with global corporations
and individuals from a variety of countries in the technical, scientific
and professional arenas, having a background in science and mathematics.
Ms. Alpert also has substantial court experience, having been a
civil trial lawyer for over 18 years. Ms. Alpert received her Bachelors
of Science degree in Zoology (Biochemistry minor) from UCLA in 1975
and her Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern University School
of Law in 1980. Ms. Alpert is licensed to practice before
the California State Courts, the U.S. District Court and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeal.
